200- Hour Tai Chi for Health Instructor Course

The 200-Hour course follows the current health and fitness industry standard approach, offering comprehensive face-to-face instruction to give each participant the experience and skills required to understand Tai Chi at a high level and to pass on the skills to others in a meaningful and easy-to-learn manner.

The comprehensive course will consist of 12 days (all day Sunday) over the period of 1 year and will cover the main aspects of Tai Chi

50- Hour Tai Chi for Martial Artists Instructor Course

Our 50-Hour course follows the current health and fitness industry standard approach to Continuing Professional Development (CPD), offering experienced martial artists comprehensive face-to-face instruction to give each participant the experience and skills required to understand Tai Chi at a high level and to pass on the skills to others in a meaningful and easy-to-learn manner. 

The comprehensive course will consist of 6 days (all day Sunday) over the period of 6 months and will cover the main aspects of Tai Chi
